It's time for ABPTS specialists to embrace continued competency! Introducing the new Maintenance of Specialist Certification (MOSC) program.
ABPTS has developed a model for certification that focuses on continuing competence of the physical therapist specialist. This new model is titled the Maintenance of Specialist Certification (MOSC).
The MOSC cycle submission deadline for 2020 has been extended to December 31.
Please note: This represents a six month extension of the cycle submission, eligibility, and payment deadlines due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. As submissions are reviewed in order of receipt, potential applicants are encouraged to apply prior to the deadline to expedite the cycle submission review process.
You can look forward to real-time capture of professional development activities throughout your certification period. Our seamless online submission system helps you progress toward the MOSC milestones. The MOSC process reflects the dynamic health care environment that requires a commitment to lifelong learning and continuing clinical competence.
